The Ranch House here at Castlepoint Holiday Park offers bunk style accommodation sleeping up to 18 people. This option is great for groups of any kind with four bedrooms; one with a double bed and a single bed, another room with three sets of bunks, and two other rooms with five single bunks in each. 

No linen or bedding is supplied other than each mattress having a fitted bottom sheet and pillow and pillow case. You can bring your own bedding or you can hire from us here at the Holiday Park.

The lounge and dining area is large with plenty of couches and a television. There is also a free-standing fireplace to keep the group cozy during the cooler months.

The Ranch House has a large fully self-contained kitchen with two ovens, two fridges, microwave and a large chest freezer. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are supplied for you. Bathroom area 2 showers and 2 toilets. A communal laundry is available. Own BBQ.

A recycling station is located at the rear of the unit.

No Dogs allowed.

Rates from $240.00 per night. Only applies for 2 or more nights.

Full rate from $300.00 per night.

Shoulder tariff $290.00 per night.

Full tariff applies from 20th December 2010 until 30th January 2011 All weekends in Feb & March, All long weekends

Shoulder tariff applies mid week in February until Easter 2011.

Off season tariff applies after Easter 2011 until 30th September 2011
